Tara Gum is a product specially used as an input in the formulation of many ingredients for the food industry, due to its great synergy and flexibility, providing economic and functional benefits.
The protein from the seed of the Tara pod has a content of 45% vegetable protein, as additional benefits, has a high content of Omegas, as well as a naturally pleasant taste.
Through a process friendly to the environment, without the use of chemical additives, it is possible to obtain a 100% soluble concentrate. Biotan is a vegetal extract allowed in the organic agricultural production obtained from the tara fruit that has active substances with nematicidal power.
In MASAC we have developed antioxidants based on tannins formed from the Tara tree. Antioxidants are the key to long-life products and food safety.
